Baseball

We are about halfway through Hayden's baseball season.
Coach Josh has been doing a great job of getting these kids ready for their games.  Hayden has shown a lot of improvement, and we're having a genuine blast learning how to play America's pastime!

 

Honesty

A little while back Hayden was recognized for his honesty by his teacher.
He received a medal at the school assembly and even got his picture in the paper!
We are so proud of this little man!  Way to go Hayden!

Track Stars

Last week Hayden and his cousins competed in their first track meet.
It was a laid back fun event where the boys got a chance to try out several different events.  They even got to take a turn standing in the first place podium position!

 Payton got in on the action as well!

Tangled Lanterns

Last week Jonda asked if Ashley and I would test out an idea she had for upcoming wedding photo shoots.  She had a vision of recreating the lantern scene from the Disney movie Tangled.
Well.... we are always suckers for some great photos so we eagerly agreed to be the test subjects.

The end result was some spectacular pictures of us on my parents pond.
